Helloooo Helloooo, First workout for May and I love this one as it’s short but very effective for a small waist. I recommend to repeat the videos at least 2 times to get max results. Next week it’s time for a longer one again! Let me know what you like to see. (I just don’t like film an arm or back workout as I usually don’t train my arms or my back).
